Registration
A registration fee of $40 is required to attend the conference. Three meals are included in the fee, along with the workbook materials. To help us plan properly, please mail your registration count to us so that it is received no later than April 13. If you are concerned that the postal service may not deliver your forms by this date, please fax a copy or phone in your totals. It is not required that you include the registration fees with the mailing, though prepayment is recommended to expedite the check-in process once you arrive.
Golf Tournament
The annual golf tournament will be held at the Lakeside Memorial Golf Course in Stillwater. Registration for this event is $45, which includes green fees and prizes for the winners. Golf registrations and fees must be received no later than April 13. The tournament begins Friday morning, April 27 at 8:30am. Check-in is required by 7:30am.
