REMINDER: The dates for this year’s Advance are Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25.
There are several options for lodging outlined below:
- Camp Lela (Near Pawnee, OK) – Campground-style lodging with bunkbeds
- Traditional Hotels
- Camp Crossway (Blackburn, OK) – Campground-style lodging
- Payne County Fairgrounds (Stillwater, OK) – A few RV spots and outdoor camping
Camp Lela Bunkhouses
We have made arrangements with Camp Lela for bunkhouse-style lodging at $25 per night. This campground is about 20 minutes drive northeast of the Payne County Expo Center, between Glencoe and Pawnee. For additional details, please text or call Bro. Michael Scott at (405) 612-8790.
First-come/first-served basis, and you will need to bring bedding, towels, and toiletries.

The hotels listed below have made special pricing arrangements for the Men’s Advance. Please refer to the “Men’s Advance” when reserving lodging at these facilities. Please make your arrangements early as our contracts may require the release of unclaimed rooms by Friday, April 10, if not sooner. Note that the towns of Guthrie, Perry, and Cushing are about 45 minutes’ drive from Stillwater.

Camp Crossway (Blackburn, OK)
Camp Crossway is a campground-style event venue east of Pawnee, OK (about 50 minutes northeast of the Expo Center). The cost is $12 per person.

Payne County Expo Center Camping & RV
Free camping is available at the Payne County Expo Center, which also has restroom and shower facilities. Water and electric hook-ups for RVs are also available at the price of $20 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please call the Expo Center at (405) 377-1275.
